First and foremost look at my review on yelp, but I will continue to say these men were awesome they were on time they did their jobs they cleaned up. They were wonderful. The price was right as well so don’t shop around call three wave and you will be very satisfied. Trust me they do have quite a few reviews on yelp, but you have to look at the ones that yelp put away and that’s not fair because these guys deserve five stars all day long thank you Philips and crew for a wonderful experience with cleaning my ducts

Filip and his team came to do a regular cleaning of my dryer hose. Immediately upon doing the cleaning, they discovered that the hose was not blowing the hot air outside as it should be. It was actually disconnected and blowing hot air INSIDE the wall every time I used the dryer.
Thank God they were able to quickly identify the issue. If this had been ongoing, it potentially could have been a very dangerous situation. It could have caused an electrical fire, mold, or resulted in carbon monoxide leak/poisoning. I’m so happy and thankful that they came to do the cleaning!
I would highly recommend 3 Wave to anyone looking for anytype of services that they offer.

Another company canceled my appointment the day before they were scheduled to clean the vents, I reached out to 3 Wave Cleaning and they were able to fit me into their schedule about one month sooner than the company that just canceled on me. I talked to Mickey and Paul based on glowing reviews of 3 Wave Cleaning, and they were able to put me on the schedule for the very next day. They gave me a heads-up call 15 minutes before arriving in Salem MA, and they (along with Phillip) were friendly and consultative during the 40 minutes of service for a long overdue dryer vent cleaning and bathroom exhaust inspection. Their fee was very reasonable compared to others and it was easy to pay by card. I will definitely be calling on them again for ongoing maintenance!

Our dryer stopped working because the vent was clogged. 3 Wave cleaning responded to my request very quickly – came by the same day to scope out the work and provide an estimate. We decided to have them do the dryer vent and clean the entire HVAC duct system. Less than a week later they got us on the schedule. They got the work done in less than a day. Would 100% recommend.
